1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into electronically between the seller/service provider identified below and the customer purchasing digital services through the MX1Mail website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the purchase and provision of business email, mailbox, team communication and related digital services ordered electronically through MX1Mail.
3. Main Characteristics of the Service
The purchased service is determined by the package selected by the customer, its mailbox/user limit, monthly or yearly billing period and the order summary displayed before payment.

4. Price and Payment
The total price payable by the customer is displayed in the order summary before the payment transaction is completed.
Customers in Türkiye may be charged in Turkish Lira (TRY). Eligible international customers may be charged in supported foreign currencies.
Card payments may be securely processed by an authorized payment provider integrated with MX1Mail.
5. Activation of Service
The subscription is activated after successful payment. Domain-based email services may also require DNS verification and technical configuration before becoming fully operational.
6. Subscription Period
Customers may select monthly or yearly billing. Yearly subscriptions are charged according to the annual price shown during checkout.
7. Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds
Where the customer qualifies as a consumer, withdrawal and refund rights will be evaluated in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Where a digital service begins immediately at the customer's express request or consent, commencement of performance may affect the applicable right of withdrawal.

8. Customer Responsibilities
- Providing accurate registration and payment information
- Completing required DNS changes for the relevant domain
- Protecting account credentials and passwords
- Using the service only for lawful purposes
- Avoiding spam, abuse and unauthorized email activity
9. Suspension of Service
The service may be temporarily or permanently suspended in cases including non-payment, misuse, spam activity, security violations or breach of applicable service conditions.
10. Disputes
Consumer disputes will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and competent authorities of the Republic of Türkiye.
11. Effective Date
This agreement becomes effective when the customer completes the payment transaction and accepts the applicable electronic terms presented during checkout.
